I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents (ages 11–18), adults of all ages, and couples. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, motivation challenges, school-related concerns, relationship and communication difficulties, and issues related to self-worth. As a bicultural clinician, culturally responsive treatment is embedded in the therapeutic space we create together.
