When life feels overwhelming or you find yourself stuck in the same patterns despite your best efforts, therapy can offer clarity and direction. I provide a professional, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and taken seriously from the start. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, using evidence-based strategies to help clients gain insight, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship concerns, stress, and self-esteem challenges. I earned my Master’s degrees in Clinical Social Work.
