Jennifer provides therapy to pre-school and school-age children, adolescents, parents, and families. She considers it a privilege to equip clients with essential skills early in life that foster long-term success. With her guidance, client's learn to reframe unhelpful beliefs, increase cognitive flexibility, and strengthen a variety of coping and social skills. She uses a compassionate, effective, and tailored approach to meet each client’s needs. As a Division 1 athlete, her experience in athletics has also shaped her work as a therapist as she recognizes the unique demands placed on athletes and other high-performing individuals.
