I am a clinical social worker with 25 years of experience in helping clients improve their lives. I believe therapy should be goal-oriented and client-driven. I utilize a strengths-based approach that starts with what is strong rather than what is wrong. This strengths based approach stems from my belief that everyone can set and reach goals in their life. My training in social work lends itself to a holistic approach to helping people. Consequently, I seek to treat the whole person: mind, body and spirit. I primarily work with clients ages 14 and up to help individuals and families find solutions that work for them.
