As a Christian therapist specializing in depression, anxiety, and couples' counseling, I approach therapy with a blend of empathy and evidence-based interventions. I promise not to ask, “How does that make you feel?” unless I really mean it! My role is to support you in processing your pain and developing healthy coping and communication skills so you can begin to live a different, more fulfilling life. When I'm not at my therapy office, I’m often working as a behavioral healthcare consultant, cross-stitching, and attempting (and occasionally failing) to keep my houseplants alive.
