In my work at Innovative Psychological Consultants I know that finding the right connection and fit is one of the most important things in therapy and counseling. I work hard to understand the individual needs of each client. Many people simply need a safe place to process and bounce around ideas. Others are looking for specific tools to help move them in a certain direction. We work together to figure out what will be best for you and how to get there. I specialize in working with adults and seniors and am able to connect in a way that helps them feel safe and comfortable. I have specialized training and crisis management, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), grief and loss, and trauma issues.
