Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, low mood, trauma, or struggles with food and body image take over. You may find yourself constantly worrying, feeling out of control, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you. My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, understand what's beneath the surface, and begin to heal. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. I also provide a specialty practice for women and couples regarding infertility, pregnancy/birth trauma, postpartum mood/anxiety concerns. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed.
