At the heart of my work is the belief that our present struggles often echo old stories, and by exploring those deeper layers with care, we open the door to lasting change. In sessions, we will work to challenge unhelpful thoughts you may be having and build new ways of thinking. I believe that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind. These beliefs may come from our childhood, our experiences and may be what we have learned from others. View 5 Photos I earned my undergraduate degree from Ball State University and my graduate degree from Howard University, and completed advanced training in psychodynamic and trauma-responsive approaches under the mentorship of leading clinicians on the East Coast and in the Washington, D.C. area. I am a certified Woman's Mental Health Therapist.
