As a committed Christian, I can tell you that we are not exempt from trouble. Sometimes the troubles and losses we experience can cause anxiety, stress, depression, hopelessness and despair. If you experience these things, the wise and courageous thing to do is to ask for help. My counseling style is supportive and compassionate, yet challenging when necessary. If you choose to work with me, I will integrate our Christian faith and value system along with evidence-based treatment strategies to help you move from hopelessness toward freedom and healing.
