I work with people who just want to feel happy, safe, and be able to connect with others. If you are feeling down, lonely or lost; I can help. As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe place where you can freely express yourself without judgment, explore whatever is troubling you, and develop strategies to facilitate the change you desire. Together we will figure out what is holding you back and how to overcome it. Often when we are feeling overwhelmed and that our life is out of control we try to make things better by relying on old patterns of behavior that did not work before. I can show you how these patterns developed and how subtle changes can have a completely different outcome.
