I enjoy supporting clients as they navigate life transitions including pregnancy, the death of a loved one, separation/divorce, and career changes. I am also experienced in working with clients who have perinatal mood concerns, including infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and adjustment to parenthood. My approach focuses on holistic health and relational well-being. I consider diet, movement, and mindfulness as essential elements to restoring a sense of balance and genuine connection to self and others. I strive to cultivate a safe environment in which to explore vulnerabilities and expand upon natural strengths and resiliencies.
