Building a comfortable environment and encouraging emotional safety allows clients to work toward achieving their goals. I assist individuals struggling with Substance Use and clinical concerns, including grief, mood disorders, postpartum, and adjustment disorders. Utilizing multiple modalities of evidenced-based practices such as Adolescent and Adult Community Reinforcement Approach (A-CRA) (for substance use), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy have been effective with treatment outcomes. I have experience working with adolescent, young adult, and adult populations.
