My name is Jennifer Young, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. I work with clients statewide via telehealth. I have been in mental health for almost 5 years. I believe in utilizing multiple therapy approaches to best fit my client's situation and needs. My approach varies with each client because everyone is unique and has different needs. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
