My goal is to provide a safe, therapeutic space for clients to process, offer guidance, instill hope, and assist with strengthening one’s toolbox to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we will work to set tangible goals to address any social or emotional challenges you are experiencing. My clinical focus is on depression, anxiety, trauma, self esteem, life transitions, & with specialized training in advanced perinatal mental health and responding to behavioral/mental health crises.
