I want to commend you for being brave and taking an important step towards living a healthier life. There's some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that suffering is not always avoidable, as you probably already know. The good news is that we can find healing and learn to suffer well. People walk through life with unhealthy behaviors, emotional injuries, unproductive beliefs, and other burdens that they shouldn’t have to carry and don’t really need to carry. Using evidence based practices, like EMDR and DBT, I help people heal trauma, find relief from past wounds, have a more fulfilling present, and a more hopeful future.
