Some of my clients have experienced the worst life has to offer, and need help to heal deep trauma wounds, others simply desire to rebuild relationships, parent better, or reduce anxiety, depression, or substance use. My clients come to therapy to address issues in their past that impact their relationships, their work, self image, or have led to unhealthy habits. I enjoy helping people to better understand themselves, set boundaries, realize goals, and improve their health and wellness through integrative approaches.
