In my practice, I use a short-term (6-8 sessions), cognitive-based approach to help you identify unwanted and unhelpful thoughts and challenge your thinking patterns and communication styles. When desired, I am happy to incorporate a Christian perspective into your care to provide a more holistic approach to mental health and relationships.
