I offer in-person therapy for clients in Missouri, as well as online therapy (telehealth) for individuals located in Texas and Florida. I work with children (ages 4 and up), teens, adults, and couples. Many of my clients are navigating challenges related to depression, anxiety, OCD, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life. I also have a deep passion for working with couples who want to improve communication, develop healthy conflict resolution skills, recover from infidelity, or process grief and loss together.
