I provide support with a clinical and holistic lens, as well as wellness coach. My goal is to forge a therapeutic alliance with you, understand your challenges, and establish appropriate treatment goals individualized to your specific needs. Jenny is clinically trained in Trauma-informed Care and Personality Disorders, utilizing numerous evidence-based therapeutic approaches as appropriate to the individual's needs: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology.
