Welcome! I'm a therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals and families navigate the complex terrain of relational and attachment trauma. With a specialized focus on using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, I support clients in healing from past wounds and building healthier, more resilient relationships. My approach is grounded in the belief that trauma, especially when rooted in attachment, can profoundly impact our lives, but with the right support, healing and growth are possible. I have the privilege of working with clients of all ages, from young children to adults, and I bring a nuanced understanding of how attachment trauma manifests across different stages of life. My work with children focuses on helping them feel safe and secure, using play and creative therapies alongside EMDR to address their unique needs.
