I am a licensed clinical psychologist and I have been treating youth, adults, and families for over 15 years. I practice from a client-centered and research-based approach. Studies show that the most important factor for clients to improve in therapy is when they feel they have a good fit with their therapist. We will check in often to make sure what we are working on in your treatment is on track with your goals, and you feel the therapeutic relationship is a good fit. I have a friendly and laid-back demeanor that clients have told me they appreciate in helping them feel more at ease in therapy.
