My practice focuses on providing a goal-oriented therapeutic experience for my clients. I have many years of experience working in multiple settings and am aware of the difficulties we face in today's society. During sessions together, I will help set goals and develop an atmosphere of trust, fostering open discussion of the client's thoughts and feelings. I work with teenagers and adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, chronic health issues, emotional/behavior concerns, learning disabilities, relationship/family issues, and grief/loss.
