Often, we seek therapy when we feel overwhelmed—by anxiety, depression, a life transition or a difficult relationship. I create an empathic space where you can regain your balance, gain insight, and, ultimately, become more confident and secure. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that are holding you back, as well as your unique strengths. I am a bilingual licensed clinical social worker specializing in helping individuals and families heal from past and present difficulties. My training and practice include solution focused and trauma informed care that highlight the importance of developing healthy relationships.
