Often, the decision to seek professional help for oneself or a loved one is not an easy one but one that reaps tremendous rewards. I take a holistic approach to my work and believe that capitalizing on a client's strengths is a significant component to successful treatment, as is the therapeutic relationship and trust that one has with their therapist. I work collaboratively with other professionals who may be involved, such as school personnel, psychiatrists, and medical doctors, especially if medication is involved.
