I work with both adults and adolescents and believe that the client is the expert of their lived experience. I partner with my client to explore a variety of issues that may be holding them back from wellbeing and peace. This may include difficult beliefs, patterns and behaviors that they want to change, relationship issues, career changes, and anxiety. I look forward to getting to know you and exploring how we can work together toward healing and growth.
