I believe there is medicine underneath every issue that can open up great healing & shifts in one’s life when approached from a conscious, loving place. I support clients with an integrative approach, including ketamine assisted therapy (KAP) and wholeheartedly believe in attuning the body, mind & soul. As a strong therapeutic relationship is cultivated, a corrective emotional experience can occur. Through non-pathologizing support and healthy reflections, an understanding of psyche can emerge. By staying curious and exploring lifestyle choices and the whole person, awareness and new choices initiate change inwardly & outwardly.
