I'm passionate about empowering individuals who have felt unseen, misunderstood, marginalized, and voiceless. I especially love supporting women in every stage of life as they rediscover their inherent strength, worth, and authentic selves. As a woman who has personally experienced the disempowering effects of trauma and shame, I understand the courage it takes to embrace who you are with compassion and authenticity. My deepest joy lies in helping others heal from past trauma, transform limiting beliefs of shame, cultivate secure and fulfilling relationships, find renewed purpose and belonging, and courageously share their stories.
