I am Jenny Gray, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice. I see couples in-person or online in Cottonwood, Arizona. I provide a caring and accepting counseling environment using a proven framework to help couples see and understand both themselves and their relationship better. We will look at the distress in the relationship, and how a negative cycle has made it painfully hard to stop fighting or withdrawing. Couples learn to create emotional safety and feel seen, heard, and respected. This allows couples to begin to build effective communication, connection and the peace they yearn for.
