I am an LCSW counselor licensed in California with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist and currently as a program manager. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, grief and loss, PTSD and non traditional group/services (drumming, mindfulness groups, grief and loss groups, parenting group, adjustment/life changes groups. I also helped many people who have experienced physical/sexual abuse trauma or emotional abuse.
