I have over 20 years of experience helping individuals and couples identify and work through patterns in their lives that are no longer working for them. In my practice, I address a wide range of needs and work with adult clients of all ages with diverse issues. My specialties include working with past and current trauma, relationship issues, divorce, parenting difficulties, anxiety, depression, difficulty determining career/academic goals, and painful life transitions. I am trained in EMDR Therapy, which has been very successful in treating people suffering from anxiety, panic, post traumatic stress, or other painful emotions.
