Jenny Lechter is skilled at working with clients aged 12-80 who seek relief from relationship challenges, anxiety, overeating and other eating disorders, and many other negative thinking or behaving patters. Jenny has been helping clients explore aspects of their LGBTQIA identity for over 15 years. Ms. Lechter uses cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and other modalities to best suit her clients. Jenny is a warm, accepting and empathetic counselor who prior to her career in mental health, was an elementary school teacher.
