Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relational issues, life transitions, or trauma, I strive to provide you with a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can be your genuine self and be able to feel empowered. We will work together to gain insight and awareness of your current stressors, barriers, and unwanted thoughts and develop healthy coping skills.
