Hi, I’m Jenny Logan (she/her). I’m a therapist with over a decade of experience specializing in trauma, attachment, addiction, and chronic conditions. I support individuals as they move through trauma, mood-related concerns, substance use, chronic pain or health conditions, and pivotal life transitions. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, and are seeking a space where they can finally exhale and feel truly understood. I see my virtual clients through Transcend Counseling Chicago and in-person clients at New Light Therapy.
