As a counselor I am committed to creating a healthy, working relationship with my clients that promotes growth and identity development within an individual as well as the family. I have had extensive training in working with individuals, couples and families who have exceptionalities outside the normative view of the human condition. This can range anywhere from gifted/asynchronous individuals to people with physical disabilities. I provide a very proactive, creative, and exploratory approach for my clients to seek out who they truly are and how I can help them to live a life that is a good fit for them. View 4 Photos I have very specialized training in working with the gifted and talented population, especially as it pertains to children and adolescents. I have personal experience with physical disability and I have spent many years conducting workshops and facilitating group discussions pertaining to the challenges of creating identities beyond their disability.
