Navigating adolescence, young adulthood, even just being human, can be exciting as well as stressful, confusing and challenging. It doesn’t have to be so scary and uncertain, especially when you have the right tools and support. I help people navigate the mess and momentum of growing up. Together, we’ll make space for all the stress, stuckness, big feelings, and help you get clear on where you want to go and how to get there. I bring over 15 years of clinical experience to this work, along with authenticity, warmth & compassion. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, and relationship and family challenges. I’ve worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults at every stage, each person with their own story, strengths, and path forward.
