Dr. O’Brien (she/her) works with adults and specializes in treating a range of issues, including anxiety disorders, trauma, general stress management, life transitions, interpersonal conflict, assertiveness, and identity development. She has a specific interest in working with individuals who identify along the LGBTQIA+ spectrum and particularly with transgender and non-binary individuals who might be at different stages of transition/coming out.
