I'm Jenny a Latinx from Peru. I provide therapy in English or Spanish. My clients describe me as warm, empathetic, intuitive and easy to talk to. My belief is that most people have the answers to their problems within themselves but may lack the awareness and insight to find those answers. I will work with you to discover and reframe your negative narratives to achieve a positive healthy mindset. Therapy is a unique experience and I will work collaboratively with you to tailor the treatment to your individual needs. I use a solution-based approach and believe in providing information to help you take control of your life.
