Hello, I'm Jenny Raz, a licensed clinical social worker. I work with adults and teens struggling with a range of mental health topics from relationship issues, aging & end of life, grief, suicidal ideations, veteran issues, LGBTQ+ issues, and more. I am effective in utilizing CBT, psychodynamic approach, and person-centered therapeutic modalities. Therapy is a safe place to share, problem-solve and/or accept the present moment for what it is.
