I take a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy, meeting each person exactly where they are. I tailor the therapeutic process to each client’s individual needs and experiences, while honoring the pace that feels right for them. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel understood, respected, and supported as whole people. My goal is to create a compassionate and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to build insight, emotional regulation skills, and a stronger connection with themselves and others.
