As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice, I am honored to work closely with individuals, couples and families, supporting and guiding them through life's more challenging times. My clients have a safe and accepting space where they can talk about difficult issues, as well as envision and create authentic and meaningful lives. Whether clients are struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, or an eating disorder, or they are wanting to build loving connections or navigate a life change, I am present to walk with them every step of the way.
