I know that perhaps you’ve been trying to figure this out for a long time. It has become more unbearable and you are considering therapy. I am here to tell you that it can get better! Gratefully, I have witnessed relief and deep emotion as one begins to see and experience life differently. In our first sessions, following brief introductions, we will discuss what has brought you to therapy. I offer a nonjudgmental, open space to hear your concerns. In time and through further exploration, we will tailor a supportive plan to move you towards what you want for yourself.
