My name is Jenny Sitzer, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois and Florida. I provide individual therapy to adults and have extensive experience in teletherapy. I know it can be difficult to reach out for help, especially for the first time. That’s why building a trusting connection is always my top priority. I began my social work journey in Chicago back in 2001. After becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I was fortunate to gain experience and make an impact in a variety of settings. Along the way, I developed a special interest in trauma recovery, gender identity, and our relationship to food and eating. That being said, there's no wrong reason to reach out for help, and I enjoy working with clients with a variety of concerns. As a long-time social worker with the Department of Veterans Affairs, I am also passionate about advocating for veterans, active duty service members, and their families.
