I have 20+ years experience in industrial psychology, community mental health, & medical social work and have served as an adjunct lecturer, admissions reviewer, psychiatric consultant, & as a director. I continue to be passionate about compliance practices to ensure great clinical outcomes, as these are two naturally interwoven processes in community and managed healthcare.
