I enjoy working with children, families, and adults of all ages. I have worked as an elementary school teacher, children’s yoga, instructor, as well as completed my internships in college counseling centers. I enjoy helping individuals to get in touch with their true selves as well as reduce barriers towards meaningful careers, hobbies, and relationships. With children, I often work with anxiety, depression, social skills, and family issues. When working with adults, I like to look at patterns developed early in life and work together to change them. I incorporate humor, art, and play when appropriate in treatment.
