I specialize in supporting adults who grew up with emotionally immature or narcissistic parents and are now navigating the complex journey of healing. Many of my clients struggle with deeply ingrained patterns of people-pleasing, codependency, and difficulty setting boundaries—patterns that once served as survival strategies but now limit their authentic self-expression. I work with individuals who are ready to break free from these inherited emotional patterns and reclaim their sense of self. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I also work at the intersection of identity, authenticity and the experiences that shaped us.
