I provide individual therapy to clients struggling with a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, self-esteem, depression, PTSD, life transitions, relationships and work-related stress. As I do not believe in a one-size fits all approach, I utilize various evidence-based modalities to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs. I provide therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I have experience helping individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, grief and loss, relationship issues, behavioral issues, parenting difficulties, work burn-out and life transitions.
