You’re the expert of your life and are the driver of your sessions-I help you navigate on your journey to healing and self-discovery. We, as humans, are ever-evolving, and so is our growth. When you’re ready, we can build an authentic, honest and supportive relationship with one another to explore, navigate and identify to create and empower you to lead the life you want to live! Just as we are all unique, we use an eclectic approach to therapy an utilize modalities that fit best for you and your needs. I utilize EMDR, Somatic techniques, Body-awareness, Mindfulness, CBT, TF-CBT, Play therapy and more!
