Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. I believe it can feel more like sitting down with a warm cup of coffee and having a real, honest conversation. I’m Jeralyn R. Tharp, M.Ed., LPCC-S, LICDC, GAMB, with over 29 years of experience supporting teens, adults, veterans, and families through anxiety, trauma, addiction, OCD, eating disorders, and life transitions. I own a group practice, so if I’m not the best fit, we have trusted providers in-house. Many clients attend therapy for little to no cost with just a copay—even if a deductible hasn’t been met. Our first session is relaxed and welcoming—think coffee, comfort, and conversation. We’ll talk about what brought you in, your goals, and what support looks like for you. I’ll explain the process clearly so you know what to expect, with no judgment and a little humor to help you feel at ease.
