I have openings for clients in-person and virtually. I believe people have the ability to make significant changes to improve their quality of life. My personal experience with parenting, education, marriage, grief, and caregiving inform my approach to helping people heal and grow through and beyond their own challenges. I have experience working with teens and adults struggling with a multitude of stressors including family and relationship issues, as well as with people experiencing periods of major life transitions.
