I understand the unique challenge that can be opening up to someone about personal thoughts, unprocessed emotions, experiences that cause suffering. I am best positioned to serve client's that are looking to feel seen, heard, and validated with care, so that you can learn to be vulnerable and know that you are not alone. I love working with client's who are motivated to improve, to challenge themselves to explore situations through different lenses, to review through unprocessed emotions, to reorganize past perspectives, to gain a better self understanding, to make changes so that they in turn can lead richer lives. Some of my greatest strengths as a provider include being relatable, able to build rapport, attuning to the client's in the moment, providing empathy, humility, providing space for you to be the main agent of healing, growth, and change. I utilize an eclectic approach to treatment, incorporating methods from a variety of treatment modalities.
